Give your body an afternoon boost with this at home workout. It’s all about helping you stay active by building up your strength (and muscles). If you’ve never tried it before, then don’t worry this session is suitable for beginners, so join in.

You’ll need to wear loose fitting clothing and make sure you have enough space to safely move around without hitting yourself, others or any pets that may be around!
