Mindfulness is about taking time out of your day to pay attention to the present. This includes paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, emotions and what is going on around you.

Tips on how to be more mindful:

  1. Notice the what’s going on around you
  2. Try something new or do something you love
  3. Notice your thoughts and feelings
  4. Free yourself from the past and future
  5. Do it everyday
