Start your week with some stretches that help support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
You don’t need to have any experience to join the session, beginners are welcome!
You’ll need to wear loose fitting clothes and a mat (if you have one).
We all feel angry from time to time, but if you find that your anger is causing problems between you and your family and friends, it might be time to look at ways of controlling your anger. In this session you’ll learn a little bit about what’s happening in your brain when you’re feeling angry and explore healthy ways to manage your anger.
All you’ll need to bring along is yourself!

All About Anxiety
Sometimes it can be hard to manage how you are feeling and even worse that feeling of uncertainty can make us very scared.
This session will teach you about anxiety and how it is a normal emotion for us to feel.
You will leave understanding more about anxiety and ways to identify and manage the negative effects it can have on us.
6pm – 7pm
Every Wednesday afternoon we’ll be running a dance taster workshop. From Salsa to Breakdancing our amazing Dance Teacher Ella, will get you learning some new moves ready to hit the dance floor (even if, for now that’s just your bedroom).
You’ll need to wear something comfortable, stretchy clothing would be great, but if you don’t have any then don’t let that put you off. You’ll also need to have a space the size of a yoga mat (so you won’t need lots of room).
At home workout
Give your body an afternoon boost with this at home workout. It’s all about helping you stay active by building up your strength (and muscles). If you’ve never tried it before, then don’t worry this session is suitable for beginners, so join in.
You’ll need to wear loose fitting clothing and make sure you have enough space to safely move around without hitting yourself, others or any pets that may be around!
How to Draw Faces
Ever wanted to learn how to draw faces? Well now’s your chance! One of our very talented Artists in Residence, Rebecca will guide you through how to draw portraits. All you’ll need is yourself, some paper and a pencil.
Low Mood Workshop
Low mood can leave you feeling bad about yourself, others and everything that you once loved. Whilst we all feel low at times, it can be helpful to know what’s going on in your brain when you’re feeling low and ways to help boost your mood.
All you’ll need for this session is your amazing self!
Every Wednesday afternoon join the incredibly talented Pastry Chef to the stars Miriam, who’ll be talking us through how to make a range of baked goods. From the perfect sponge cake to bread, join us every Wednesday to get baking.

World Dance Class
Every Saturday morning travel the world through our dance workshop! Our wonderful dance teacher Sheetal will help you learn some new dance moves from Bollywood to African and everything in between.
The workshop is suitable for beginners, so if you’ve never danced before don’t worry, just join in. As with all our live events no one will be able to see you!
Don’t forget to wear some comfy clothes!
Every week our Artist in Residence Karla will take you on a creative journey, helping you to channel your inner Artist. You don’t have to be ‘good’ at art, just willing to learn and create.
Bring any art materials you like, Karla likes all things nature when it comes to art, so don’t be scared to bring things you’ve found outside (we’re thinking leaves, twigs & flowers, but maybe leave the trees outside).
