New Classes


We are happy to announce that we have updated our line-up of live events. We have added four new events to the weekly timetable:

  • Anger Workshop – Monday 5pm – 6pm
  • All About Anxiety – Tuesday 11am – 12pm
  • Low Mood Workshop – Wednesday 7pm – 8pm
  • Managing Sleep – Sunday 6pm – 7pm
