An app developed by the charity Chasing stigma where you can access crisis text support 24/7. You can also find a range of mental health services available. 24/7 crisis support across the UK. Text 85258 if you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need support.

Kooth

Free safe and anonymous support for children and young people. You can access self-help materials as well as goal-setting and mood-tracking tools.  Users are also able to drop-in or book anonymous online counselling sessions with qualified therapists who are available in the evenings and at weekends; sessions are available on weekdays from 12pm and 10pm, and from 6pm to 10pm on weekends.
